Dear sumedha i am a public servant who has conducted elections as presiding officer at booth level. You can find out if bogus votes were polled by asking the election officers about marked copy of the viter list that is given to presiding officers on the day of voting. On the marked copy of the voter list, the election officials on duty mark the names and serial numbers of the voters who have voted. This marked copy is submitted to the Aro and is produced and matched with the election result on the counting day.
If the government is doing a good job then we should appreciate them but at the same time if they do some bad work we must criticise them And the same goes for the opposition and other state government government
The situation is alarming! Do we have a democracy? Are we ready to ascertain a true democratic process? Are our governments elected by a due electoral process? Are our political parties (except the BJP) really bothered about their duty and rights in an electoral system? Do we have a democratic future?!
They can give notice on newspapers like they do with change of name etc, saying the enrollment of such and such persons are invalid due to improper address, like they do with auction of confiscated properties 🤔
It seems like the simple solution to dealing with bogus voters would be to just delete the votes that don't comply with the norms. Sending a notice seems redundant
Kindly note that in the walled city of Chandi chowk people have complex personal life histories because I originally from Sita ram bazaar many people now have apartments outside walled city but continue to some ties with their original homes.. so enumeration is a complex issue .. so you should avoid generalisation..
Changes in voter list is notified ,person concerned / party can challenge the same..If no objections are raised, E,C. Publishes final voter list.Rona dhona after publication of final voter list is done after defeat or in anticipation of defeat.
