To be fair godzilla is not in his movies that in showa flims in 70s it was mostly stocked footage and even the orginal godzilla wasn't in movie that much.

I honestly don't understand why people say that Godzilla 2014 is too dark, It wasn't as "dark" as they said it was when I saw it in theatres. But heres my ranking on the movies. 4. Kong: Skull Island Reason: It is good, but it just has too much brutality which isn't my type. 3. Godzilla (1998) Reason: It is quite good, but could have done better. 2. Godzilla: King of the Monsters Reason: It is one of my favorite films, but I put it at 2nd due to the toxic fanservice. 1. Godzilla (2014) Reason: This movie is just so good to me. I would rewatch it a LOT, but it does have its problems. Which is Ford being a complete sociopath and not caring about anything, like seeing his father passing away infront of him and not even stretching an inch of his face. And another thing that is a problem is Godzilla's theme being longer than his screentime.

Barely anyone hates gkotm. But the people who do pushed aside their bias and love for godzilla and realized the movies faults such as bad cgi in general in alot of areas, lack of good and memorable story and characters and you could argue that godzilla movies usually have bad characters but the thing is that movies are supposed to improve on there problems not keep them and 2014 helped by making them feel like average, everyday, non-overdramatized people.

Mine 5 skull island good but hard to get an ideas of the plot 4 1998 godzilla the zilla in this movie is very weird but the action of the jets is ok 3 2014 godzilla the movie is really hard to get a picture of and that the mutos look very ugly but most of all the fights are good 2 godzilla king of the monsters this movie is very good you have to watch the american ones to get a rough idea of the film but most of all movie 10/10 book 100/100 it's just so good action is very cool Godzilla new weapon is also really cool as well the only thing that is bad about it that rodan doesn't get his own orca sound but to be honest we were all there for the fight parts like when Godzilla goes fully thermonuclear and ghidorahs face is just shock also when ghidorahs head grows back that pretty nasty not gonna lie 1 godzilla vs kong 2021 can't wait for the movie and the novel to come out to be honest though I bet godzilla is gonna win because kong only fights using his fists but Godzilla uses special abilities to get kong down and keep his crown the only problem is with this film is it costs less then the Godzilla 2014 one even the kotms was pretty cheap but the action is gonna be good cannot wait for the godzilla vs kong movie to be released hope to watch and read it

I Put A Godzilla Movie #1 Because I’m Biased
4 - Godzilla 1998 ( duh )
3- Godzilla 2014 ( mainly because Godzilla is barely in it but it has good if not great cgi
2- Kong Skull Island ( I also like how most of the fights are in day time but some of the really interesting characters get killed off easily)
1- Godzilla King of the Monsters ( While I think this one has a lot of problems I like it the most mainly because of the world of this and the soundtrack and the way they treat the ''Titans'' )

5 skull island good but hard to get an ideas of the plot
4 1998 godzilla the zilla in this movie is very weird but the action of the jets is ok
3 2014 godzilla the movie is really hard to get a picture of and that the mutos look very ugly but most of all the fights are good
2 godzilla king of the monsters this movie is very good you have to watch the american ones to get a rough idea of the film but most of all movie 10/10 book 100/100 it's just so good action is very cool Godzilla new weapon is also really cool as well the only thing that is bad about it that rodan doesn't get his own orca sound but to be honest we were all there for the fight parts like when Godzilla goes fully thermonuclear and ghidorahs face is just shock also when ghidorahs head grows back that pretty nasty not gonna lie
1 godzilla vs kong 2021 can't wait for the movie and the novel to come out to be honest though I bet godzilla is gonna win because kong only fights using his fists but Godzilla uses special abilities to get kong down and keep his crown the only problem is with this film is it costs less then the Godzilla 2014 one even the kotms was pretty cheap but the action is gonna be good cannot wait for the godzilla vs kong movie to be released hope to watch and read it
