I will have to go back to their first single released in the USA. I remember being at my friends house and seeing the Jacket with the Beatles. The 45 “I Want to Hold Your Hand.” It was a brand new sound! Everyone was talking about them and this new Group! I was in 6th Grade. I saw them on Ed Sullivan. I became an instant fan. I’m still writing music to this day…at 70!
@@lamaralexanderjr.3328 He hated the lyrics - but very selfishly disregarded the magnificent efforts of his bandmates. George (& Paul) absolutely MADE that song what it was with those brilliant guitar parts!! The song was nothing without that dual guitar work.

You always miss John Lennon out for his songs but mention Paul for his. I've said it once and I'll say it's again you are totally Paul McCartney bias. This is almost like a fake Beatles site. Paul McCartney maybe your favourite Beatle but John Lennon was definitely the more inspirational one. I just hope many of the people have seen you're biased towards Paul McCartney
Paul was the musical genius and always wanted to prod the others to work and record, John was the best vocalist but he was very troubled which makes some love him more. He had a big ego but was insecure as well. Paul was the musical director of the band, John was irritated by that.

Lennon hated And your Bird Can Sing but it was a very good song, the same as Nowhere Man. I liked "I'm Only Sleeping" a lot.
