Thank you for this interview, super interesting but also, what a fun guy, I swear if the hockey culture had any desire to be fun we'd see more of these delightful personalities around the league rather than have them be suppressed to fit some outdated idea that athletes ought to be cold, sullen businessmen at all times.

Hey Frank; I moved here(Newfoundland) in 2011. Buddy it was the best move in my life. The food is like home cooking always, the weather is better than one would think, tons of outdoor activities and out away from St johns you can't find better people. If given a chance visit longer than 2 weeks. I guarantee you will miss the salt in the air!

This is cool. I always assumed it was a "no mercy" kinda "atmosphere" to play there. Lol. Yikes.
You guys should do more videos like this with hockey players, its good to see some actually have a personality once in a while. Hockey players seem to have the most boring personalities off ice, all they do is give the same canned responses, that make you wonder, what is the point of even interviewing them? any of them at all ever? To be fair to players though, you have to answer the same dumb questions every night so I understand why they all just seem to check out mentally when doing interviews, but give them more time to talk like this and ask interesting question it is way more entertaining.
