This isn't Steganography; rather, it involves a simple operation of combining files. You can achieve this by using the 'copy /b' command in the following manner: 'copy /b image1.png+textfile.txt image2.png'. This command combines the contents of 'image1.png' and 'textfile.txt' into 'image2.png'. When you open 'image2.png', it will appear as an image, but it also contains the original text file. To extract the original text file, you can utilize any standard zip extraction application.
