This car is a twin turbo V8, so the exhaust note isn't like the v12's, or even the naturally aspirated v8's like in the 458 Italia, since the exhaust is routed through the turbos. The fire extinguisher is an option, a throwback to the race cars and performance cars where they stored the fire extinquisher on the floor. If you order that option, you don't get a floormat on that side. I figured they'd have a mat that was tailored to fit around the extinguisher, but nope.

What’s with the fire extinguisher on the floor/ passenger side ? Looks tacky. Exhaust sound is not the older Ferrari growl either. Beautiful machine
