Hello, I've been watching your contents for sometime now as I got an admit into IIT. for Fall 2023. How is the crime rate there in the US.? I've been seeing lots of videos and it seems the cops don't hesitate to shoot people and the people there as well don't waste time in shooting someone. The gun violence is mad there right?
It's not as bad as the media makes it.
If after F1 OPT , I don't get H1b but file for NIW, how do I maintain status in the country or work in the country? it could take years for the NIW to be processed
If you have STEM OPT it does buy you time. You can also go back to school to maintain status while waiting for NIW
What if you are moving with your family?

Yes, you should file at the very beginning though, so you will have enough time to wait for the processing.

In place of an advanced degree, consistent experience in a particular field of endeavor suffices for that.
I believe advanced degree is a pre-requisite.
Because it’s mostly common to see people with atleast a master’s degree apply for NIW and rare to see people with just BSc make many to think possessing an advanced degree is a MUST. In truth, based on the guidelines, consistent experience in a related field of endeavor can compensate for the advanced degree requirement. I know someone who is currently a PhD student in the US without any previous master’s that just got his NIW approved. You may want to read the guidelines and properly update your audience
@@ahmadjamiu7867 I think you need to understand that one can go into PhD in the USA without having a master's degree.
@@chibuikemefugha3277 I know that and it doesn’t relate to the matter at hand . I am a PhD candidate in the US. If you read the CFR section well, you will understand that you necessarily don’t need an advanced degree (Master’s) to apply for NIW.
