This was such a fantastic movie! I've always loved Eddie Murphy movies but they did such a good job with the story line. Pentatonix being in it is an added bonus! Their role in it was actually hilarious. If you haven't seen it yet definitely make time.
I love how annoyed they were on at the end when they were in the sleigh like they were all “like OK we’ve delt with this for years please don’t do this again”😂

Yeah, why aren't there Pentatonix fashion dolls???? Maybe we need to petition Mattel! I'd buy every single one plus loads of clothes! Little tiny Balenciaga clothes for Mitch! I'm twice their age, but haven't lost my love of dressing up Barbie and Ken so many years ago!😂🥰🥰🥰🥰

There I was, on the sofa watching Candy Cane lane, and Lo, yonder appeareth PTX!!!!! You betcha I spat ice cream across the 4K screen - I had NO idea they were in this. Paused to consult Dr RUclips and here you all are chatting about this and it’s clearly just me who got a lovely surprise 😁 Never mind I didn’t expect to finish this 3 star Eddie Murphy movie - I’m settling down to look forward to every scene the Fab Five appear ❤🍿

But I'll watch whatever I can get. ❤ I also watched for the first time on byu TV Pentatonix Christmas Under the Stars Episode 10. It was wonderful they did such a great job. Also, on that same channel, they had an interview with Matt and Kevin on there. So I had me Pentatonix night. So fun. ❤

How so? At the end they look like their current selves. Mitch has a mustache which they did not give his figurine. Maybe the creators of the movie took years to make it and he didn’t have a mustache then? Actually surprised they didn’t have him shave it for the part where they become human.

they weren't in the animated credits, just the scrolling credits at the very end. you can see their names on the side while their blooper scene is playing in this vid. (i was disappointed they weren't in the animated credits, but they didn't have any speaking lines so not surprised 🫤)

I love Eddie Murphy, was really looking forward to this movie but it was absolutely AWEFUL!! First off... it was way too long for whatever they were doing, I literally felt drained after we watched it. The acting seemed very forced and totally random. The kids had no personalities, the boy had weird scenes where he'd break away and dance at the most random times that made no sense and at one point suddenly learns basic math because Christmas music was on while looking for rings🙈. Of course daddy loses job and mom gets promoted so gotta take the dude down and promote the dudet🤦♀️woman power🙄. And Santa...😱😱. OMG don't get me started. Black Santa was whatever but he was the most bland of all the characters. No suit, no magic, no real sleigh, just a pathetic character who had an evil elf more powerful than him who shows up in a scene with no purpose but to invite the evil elf back to the north pole. Ack😝😝. I would have rather had a severe case of the runs than watch this movie.
