An easier, faster way to increase the affection level is by giving your Evee a rainbow poke bean. I gave it to mine, and its affection meter jumped to 3 hearts instantly. Please like so others can see this.

You also can use the rainbow beans in pokemon refresh which is the fastest way as it increase it a lot and will be more than 2 hearts from 1 rainbow bean.
i took your advice and it actually worked, for those of you that are finished with the main story go to in poni island and battle some Pokemon there it gets things a lot faster

Thanks for the tip in Pokemon sun I’m stuck on the dark trial so I got a eevee (after 12 hours*) and I evolved eevee into a sylveon to beat the dark trial but right now it is a sylveon but it’s only level 25 and I need to get it to level 55 to pass the trial
the fact alone that you can catch wild eevee in this game is glorious, as soon as i discovered where they were i had to farm like 16 of them (both genders for each eeveelution). sylveon has some good moves too that i want to try breeding onto other pokemon, like moonblast. thnx for the clarification on this though, was reading on it at bulbapedia and figured that "pokemon-amie" was just the previous version of pokemon refresh.

What I did was give eevee a prism scale after filling its affection then I fought some weak Pokemon to level it up that's another way to evolve ur eevee ur welcome peeps! 😉
it easy you catch it with a luxury ball you pet it a lot to get to two hearts and then feed it until it noddes next you wait and battle a lot. FOR ME IT TOOK ME 15 MINUTES. IT WAS QUITE EASY.

Also, here’s a cheat.
To change the time of day, go to your 3DS settings.
To get day, switch the time to 5:00
To get night change to 15:00
in usum you can also just travel to the other world..

I did this by accident. thought it was going to be an espion, wasnt dissapointed tho.
SweetMoves espeons by leveling eevee up during the day time with its friendship maxed out without it knowing or learning a fairy type move
Espeon is catchable by SOS Battle.

Here is some advice.. after you do that level up your evee to get sylveon.And thanks this was very useful!

If you just feed it a rainbow bean it will get 3 hearts of affection which is all you need to evolve eevee. Its way faster than petting.
You can also increase the affection if you give it food from the stalls
Sylveon has one of the most unique evolutions.
Around what level will it evolve and does thia work for ultra sun?

My Eevee evolved into a Sylveon on Pokemon X with only 4 hearts of affection. I thought it need all 5 hearts of affection.
