Solidify modifier exports vertex groups, which your can use to mask displace non-destructively. Btw, why did you apply solidify if you used subdiv anyway?
yes , but we allready have unwrapped it in ( 3:38 ) so we cant do it again cuz it will destroy our image texture mapping and another thing I am hiding some edges to easlly select the inner part and there is another way by adding vertex group and limit the displace to be just the vertex group
Nice. Masha Allah 😊
Yes i need part 2
We need part 2 !
i want more videos about carving or 3d modeling kindly
Does this physically change the geometry. Could you export this as an STL and 3d print it exactly how it shows?
yes exactly , cuz its a modifier based, you can apply it
sir you are awsome

cuz the edges will have a nice bevel
@@mohamedfayed4522 Solidify also can define creases on edges, just read the manual, there is a ton of stuff it can do.
Finish modeling and start adding embellishments 4:04
6:39 Can't we just press U and then "mark seam" those edges?

this is not the proper way to do it , but yeah that was cool
everyone has his own way and this Technique may help anyone to do other stuff.
and thanks for the comment
