All the scooters in Hawaii seem to have badly corroded bolts and fasteners. Some ACF50 applied with a small artist paint brush would protect them. I would also use brake cleaner spray when stripping down calipers, great degreaser, those discs should be rubbed also with fine wet and dry paper to clean them up and get rid of any glazing from previous brake pads.
Yeah, I kept telling my customers to keep washing the scooters, sometime just rinse off with water... once every week or two... to not let salt build up on the surface. Currently working on rusty Honda Big Ruckus, oh man it's bad... you will see new videos on Big Ruckus soon. Thanks for the tips 👍🏼
