I was disabled in law enforcement. I cant even move some days after developing crps. I tell my kids all the time to live like theres no tomorrow tomorrow. You want to do something, do it! Life all about making good choices and mounting on that.

I think this one is on his own land too. I can't remember the one that shows the huge fireplace outside, but he built that with his dad. I saw that on an interview.

Catchy, and the general message of “don’t waste your life, get off your ass and work to do something worth while with it” is ok - the aspect I don’t vibe with is the parts blaming other people for things - “they don’t want you to succeed” and “it’s the doctors fault I’m hooked on drugs” and “I just need a drink to cope with what is being done to me”.
Nah - individual rights demand individual responsibility. Sure, stand up for yourself but what happens in your life is (mostly) up to you. It’s no use blaming others and feeling bitter about that - go with the part that says “do summin’ about it”, sort yourself out. Get help if you need it, stop thinking it’s someone else’s fault.
I get the impression the big pharma conspiracy part and the idea that “they” are out to get you is pandering to a particular political move that’s telling people there is a shady “them” that’s ruling things and are out to get them and when I hear that, no matter how smooth the flow, it sounds like a whinny kid complaining that they don’t have their candy any more because they dropped it.
I wish he’d skipped those parts and stuck with the personal responsibility bars as I might have liked this then. As it is, it’s a nah from me.

Yes - life can smack anyone in the face and keep kicking you too - that’s very true and I would never blame people who’s circumstances are out of their own control (say they get ill, loose their home, etc) but it’s still up to that person to find it in themselves to do something about it - keep getting up however often you get kicked down. As long as you get back up more often than you get knocked down, you are doing ok.

It's obvious you're a caring person meeting life on the best terms you can. With respect, I would strongly suggest you read up on Oxycodone in Wikipedia (trade name OxyContin), especially the section titled Duration of Action and the History section near the end of the write up. What JamWayne is describing is, sadly, Fact .
The outcome of the lawsuit against Purdue Pharma supports this as regards people being hooked on drugs by the pharmaceutical industry knowingly.
This is one example of many life destroying scams played on unsuspecting people. I'm hoping it gives you an awareness of where I think the "they don't want you to succeed" part is coming from.
Thanks for your comments. I think Brandon is one of the best reactors on RUclips. He attracts top shelf listeners! And please keep fighting the good fight!
