    Dearr sir,
    For PT and PDT in steam line instrument mounted on above line or below line? (in your video show above line for steam services)
    Pls clarify me .

      Dear sir,
      It depends on so many parameters i.e sensor types, diaphragm types etc , as per standard impulse tubing it shuld be in between or 45degre below like in liquid case but mostly we are taking tapping above the pipe line and one More reason is when we take tapping above the pipe line then the respective tube go through the condensate pot it means the steam pressure/temperature will not Directly hit the sensor part therefore there's no chance of damaging the respective pt/pdt.
      In case of FT , FT installation should be below the pipeline so that the flow will more accurate
