I can see some of the questions and read them myself but I also would like you to slow down a little when your reading the questions because it gives US THE VIEWERS a chance to go through the questions and a little time to think before getting the answers even though they are already highlighted. It's a little confusing for the viewers to hear clearly what is being said and it's very distracting, also if the highlights weren't there the viewers could think about the answers or even guess before getting the answers, but when it's right there it's effortless for the viewers( if they don't try for themselves they won't remember the answers), but other wise 👍 excellent work.

Personally, I believe that D is the right choice. i) A successful leader should inspire/motivate his / her staff to do their job successfully by offering/providing incentives/ opportunities to improve efficiency inside a business venture. ii) Delegating responsibilities(Division of Labour) are essential because it increases the productivity within the business when the owner/leader assigns their subordinates the duties for which they will be held accountable. It is separating various tasks/assignments into different groups of people who are specialized in that area, rather than having a few/couple employees carry out the objectives/tasks, to increase the business's productivity. iii)Would you like to work for someone who makes hasty decisions? Of course not! A leader that makes good choices is important because poor decisions will escalate a business dispute. Intelligent decisions enable everyone in the functional areas of the business (Production, Finance, Research and Development, Marketing, and Personnel) to cooperate and coordinate with each other.

The definition of a characteristic is "a feature or quality belonging typically to a person". To delegate responsibilities is something that all leaders I'm sure would have to do hence making it more of a role than a characteristic. Not to mention, the ability to choose someone to oversee departments does not necessarily make or determine how good of a leader you are especially considering how you got the leadership. You could've just gotten the leadership and don't really know the employees that well to even have a good idea of who to use. And then remember, people are not always who they say they are or they have hidden intentions. If you choose someone who everyone says is the greatest person for the job OR you choose someone who you believe is that hardworking, who is to say that three months into the job he doesn't try to steal company funds?? Does that then make or determine you to be a bad leader?
