Been fasting since 12. You get used to it. And now that I'm a young adult I went to the courses in the screeching heat and studied after coming back for hours. Our bodies are truly stronger then we think.

You can get way more views if you change your title in a different way, youtube works in a different way and I know you got hella support but more views will be better for your RUclips career, next time try a title like "Non muslim tries fasting in ramadan" that would most likely get you more views g, respect.
I fasted for the first time this year, I did a whole 7 days of no food at all but was drinking water. After the first day you forget about the thought of food. It’s the dehydration which is the hardest thing to cope with. I can only imagine how hard it must be for people fasting in a hot continent such as Africa or asia
