The guy: "You want a kitten"? You: "NO". LOL that response was so funny. That cracks me up because we have 4 dogs right now. We used to have 6 but, 2 passed away. They drive me nuts, but, I always have my eye out looking for more. My wife has cut me off on the animals. Right now we have 4 dogs, a chicken, a bunny and a parakeet. Just like a potato chip, you can't have just one.

If the needle doesn't move up and down, it may be intentionally locked for transport. Easy to do/undo. Glad you've still been able to do some yard saleing (sp? - well, not really a word anyway).

I can't believe the wacom bamboo tablets are now selling for $30. 13 years ago I was flipping them for $80 to $250 depending on the size. But it's obsolete tech with the new touch screen tablet monitors.

Saturday I found Griswold cast iron at a garage sale. Thanks to you for pointing it out as a BOLO several months ago. It was a Griswold cast iron egg poacher pan in practically unused condition. I paid $8 for it and sold it 4 hours after listing for $50 + shipping. Comps were showing many sales at around $40. A very easy $34 net profit after shipping and fees.
And Friday I found a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition calculator in perfect condition for $5. Sold it a few hours after listing for $45 + shipping. Another easy $34 net profit after shipping and fees.
A few weeks ago my wife found a brand new Wii Sports Bundle. Unopened in original box. $25 at a garage sale. In 24 hours we sold it for $360 + shipping.
And in the past several weeks, I've found several Le Creuset items at garage sales cheap that quickly sell for very good money.
No slowdown in the southwest.
