So I knit and crochet "cozy items" like blankets, hats, scrunchies etc. My question is: Is "cozy time" a niche? Do I need to narrow down to a more specific? My thought was a cozy time for quiet time, maybe time to re group, relax, "self care". I need help knowing if I'm on right track lol
If you're selling a great product, you don't need a niche, it's a myth. Focus on creating amazing products that people want to buy. For example, if I have awesome t-shirt designs, does that mean I should only sell t-shirts? Absolutely not! Limiting yourself to one category is misleading advice. Diversify and let your creativity shine across different products.
I think you're confusing a niche with a product type. A niche is something people identify as or say that they like, for example fishing. That has nothing to do with a specific product type and I agree that if you're focusing only on one type of product you're doing it wrong
@@brandcreators The idea of niches, targeting a narrow, specific group of people with tailored products, has been widely promoted as the key to business success. However, this concept is not only limiting but also often unnecessary. In reality, niches are a myth, and focusing on them can stifle creativity and growth. Here’s why: - Great Products Appeal to Many - The Power of Brand Identity Over Specific Interests - The Rise of Multi-Dimensional Consumers - Increased Opportunities for Innovation - Success Doesn’t Require a Box
If you look at the numbers, your a lot more likely to take off as a shop if you focus on a Niche or customer vs a product. Especially if you’re just starting out.
Thanks for your helpful content! I have been selling perennials on Etsy for years and sales have been declining. Plants are under the supplies category on Etsy and I wish more people would talk about this category and I’m also trying to figure out how saturated the outdoor plant niche is on Etsy.
I'm going to eat my gourmet niche nachos in my niche kitchen nook. Anyway, thanks again! You gave me an idea for a new product to add. Always learn something from you.
Hello, I just found your channel and subscribed, I'm watching your videos. I'm a 3D designer, I make models for 3D printing. I found several ads on the platform selling the physical print of my model without authorization to sell it. I'm looking for information to report. Where should I start?
if you're seeing people on etsy selling your product, the best thing to do would be to report the listing to etsy help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000344568-How-to-Report-an-Item-or-Shop
I don't feel that wedding, baby, or pets is a niche at all. They are full blown billion dollar industries. The niche is the journals to write about faith.

@@brandcreators exactly. You are always advising us to add products within the niche.

Do you have videos on using images or graphic designs for example video game characters?
You can't use any characters you don't own the rights to.

@@brandcreators Thank you very much
Etsy is a business destroyer , Not business builder.
Maybe your product is not trendy and demanding

Marriage is already decreasing in America at least.
