    Really helpful mate, cheers for that. What would you do on a rest day? I would like to take those days to do a full body stretch spending some proper time on each stretch.

    Stretching is something that I have not yet come to, tho cuz of Muay Thai that I started to gradually practice Im gonna have to start, so thank you I will definitely try it

    Hahahah maaan your lowkey jokes allways gettin me "Until i fuking do a muscle up and flies off to America". Keep going also started streching for TKD, getting more and more martial arts into my skillset just to keep myself buisy.
