Stretching is something that I have not yet come to, tho cuz of Muay Thai that I started to gradually practice Im gonna have to start, so thank you I will definitely try it
@@jamestuqiri9517 I think creatine is great, I was using it for a while and saw some serious results with no side effects. Just make sure to do your research before taking 🤝
