omg, i went on carnival glory 9 years ago when I was in third grade and I remember this chocolate melting cake. I would go to the eating area late at night and eat this with my siblings. One of the most memorable part of the vacation. Thanks Ann!

I just made this and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it and was the deliciously rich. I served it with the chocolate shard and vanilla bean ice cream on top of a graham cracker crumbs instead of popping sugar. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
I was shocked by their slabs of chocolate, but then remembered you've made bars the same size!!! This recipe looks great, and simple which is a plus :)

I just got home this morning from Galveston, TX. We spent the last week aboard the Carnival Triumph in Mexico! We did the chef's table where they showed us how to make this

I went on the carnival spirit this year in June in Australia and OMG it was the best time of my life! The warm chocolate melting cake was the best dessert there was to have. They even had water slides and everything on the boat it was amazing hope you are having a great time!! 😍💖💖👍🏼🙏🏻

How did you get an interview with the chef? Did you ask to speak to him after telling him about your RUclips channel? Oh and are your kids on holiday right now? I thought school started a few weeks ago
SCHOOL STARTED A FEW WEEKS AGO? what country are you from? In the UK we dont go back until September
***** when did you break up for summer? Because in the UK we break up pretty late. (Halfway through July) Then we get 6-7 weeks off.
It's winter in Australia right now ahaha. We just finished week three (it's Friday) and we get 4 breaks in total. 10 weeks of school then 2 weeks of break, 10 weeks of school then 2 weeks break, another 10 weeks of school, 2 weeks break then the last 10 weeks that ends before Christmas and we have a 6 weeks break that starts again in February
+Eve Fan in Darwin it's a little different. We have 1 week, then 10 weeks of school, 4 weeks, then 10 weeks of school and then another 1 week and 10 weeks of school. Our Christmas holidays go to 6 weeks. We're only at the 2nd week now.
Yeah I'm Aussie too and I think our school holidays schedule is good. For week 2 I pretty much didn't go to school and it's almost week 4

Can chocolate be vegan? I mean, chocolate's vegetarian, right? Is vegan chocolate a thing? Can it be tempered like normal? White chocolate??

Yes, vegan chocolate is a thing! Dark chocolate and white chocoalte are usually vegan, as they don't have any added dairy. However, ganache and milk chocolate are not vegan, as they have dairy. All the same, it's best to check the ingredients to make sure. I hope that helps!

Carnival Cruises are the best. I've been on two behind the scenes tour and they show you how everything is done and how their process is perfected. By the end of the tour they give you the melting cake recipe on a card with a bunch of fun facts and a hat w/ a lanyard and photo with the captain. I really recommend these tours. I have thoroughly enjoyed it each time.

From what i remembered was, once you said you had sun allergy before but now you seems so fine under the sun!

ooohhh I want to try this! There is a restaurant in Santa Fe, NM that makes this, they call it the chocolate pot. They serve it with a vanilla creme anglaise and sliced strawberry, it's divine!
