ANYONE WORKING ON YOUR BIKE RN! MAKE SURE TO TIME IT ON THE UPSTROKE OF THE PISTON!!! PUT A SCREW DRIVER IN THE SPARK PLUG SLOT AND TIME IT ON THE UPSTROKE. IF YOU TIMED IT AND IT WILL NOT START YOU MAY HAVE TIMED IT ON A DOWN STROKE LIKE MYSELF! TOOK APART MY BIKE 5 TIMES YESTERDAY AND MY FINGERS HAVE BICEPS 💪 NOW
When i line up everything it looks great but when i go to tension the chain the the two dots on top are not lined up on the flywheel anymore. Would you know why?
@@trxtech3010I know this is a old video but I just put a new timing chain on mine and it looks good but when I put the tensioner in one of the cams spins over and then it’s out of time
Thank you for this video!
No problem, Glad to have helped.

haha. Yes sir. i've had my fair share of taking things back apart.
I mean, as long as you line up the dots on the head and the little mark on the flywheel you should be good right?
No don't use a screw driver. Steel on aluminum. Use a wooden pencil. Softer then your piston non abrasive
Depends on what year, the 2013 is cam timed at 23 degrees ATDC to the cam dots, aligned with the case
it doesn't matter as long as your timing off of the marks that's all that matters...
Thank you bro 🙏🏼
No problem buddy! Thanks for watchin.

The timing chain is worn out.

How do you check if you have the backwards head style?
it's just the more newer head the exhaust comes out where the carburetor would go. They are also four valve heads.
You didn’t show how to set it
I told you how, i already had it set and did not wanna undo it.
How can i send you a message please i need your help!!
