One thing is sure that upsc interview are much easier than the state public service commission exam. Because most of the questions asked in the upsc interview is a personality test. Where as in the state public service commission it is 99 percent a factual one. If you know the answer you will get 200/200 like in the preliminary exam. If you don't know then you will get zero. Factual questions are more difficult because board members can ask anything.

I have known about the medical test..... So can u say something about the people who cannot become an IAS/IPS/IFS officer if they are suffering from any kind of health issues say for example BP, diabetic, heart problem.....so can the people going through these chronic disease are selected or not........
