They take the Lease off you , And sell it again at current Market rates, You will walk away with nothing , There is no promises of a Further Lease Agreement unless your willing to pay the extra , in 29 years it should increase in value by 400% so are you willing to pay that ? Buy a Freehold then you own the land and property outright, No one can take it off you, These things are a scam pure and simple….

According to Indonesian Statistics, Bali's average occupancy rate for upscale properties is around 50% yearly (2023). So i guess, it would be sustainable to have at least USD 275 rate/night on average to be profitable. $275 x 30 = $8,250 x 50% = $4,125 - cost $750 (all cost approximately $25/day) = $3,375 - $2,500 = $875/month. Which is not bad. Like i said, if the financial programme is competitive for example at 6%/annum, then the bank payment is only $1,300 per month, which would increase the profit to $2,075 monthly with the same simulation. But i guess these properties are more suitable to foreign nationals with higher purchase power and lower bankloan interest rate, but cannot own a freehold. Not bad at all, 180 nights of a year you gotta spend the life in this nice place for 29 years while still get profit monthly and employ people, plus you got the special visa because of the investment you make in Indonesia.
