Does that mean the picture was taken just in time for a scary type of backrooms post years ago before the hotel got rid of the little park grass area and replaced it with a restaurant table area with bars and bathrooms?

Actually now that i think about it there seems to be a shadow-like aura creeping out from behind the bar at the top. Is the grass area behind it?
