Fénix 2 Special Disappointment

A few months ago I bought a Fenix 2, I intended to use it to help me train for a mountain race in April.
So far it's been a huge disappointment. In almost every run activity, the watch suddenly restarts itself so you can no longer monitor the activity. It happened when the lap (of 1km) was about to finish. I send several emails to Garmin´s support, updated the firmware, etc. So far not good.
Another thing that annoyed me was that after a dive in a swimming pool, the watch end up with a condensation. After a few minutes it went away. Garmin said that this was normal because of an abrupt change in temperature, and that Garmin devices are manufactured with certain level of humidity.
I really liked the watch (that's why I paid so mucho for it), but I think that this product is very weak for a company like Garmin. Check out the garmin blogs and you will find several users like me.
I'm starting the process of returning it.

It happens the same with my Fenix 2 Special Edition. It just turns off, but does not turn on again. I have been looking at the youtube, and also found many crashes videos for fenix 2. How did you solve this ?

btw, is this the fenix 2? if so... how did u get it to have a white background with black letter (the default is the opposite, and i find it hard to read... i have searched hight and low to invert the display, thank you in advance)

***** thank you for your reply. Of course u r correct. I have found out the hard way. I never wore the watch. Kinda misleading, as a suunto ambit owner, switching display modes is done by just pressing a single button.

Check out fenix 3, better than the ambit,maybe it will such with the map u want.
