I have begun using Hobby Lobby as just a place to buy my art supplies and stopped buying the mass produced decor items. There is nothing wrong with them, just “everyone” has them. I have started going to antique stores to find items that are higher quality and not “everyone” has.
Love the addition of older pieces. I have quite a few things that belonged to my mom and grandmothers. They really do mix well with a modern, rustic style.

I find some great stuff at estate sales bought two side tables that my mom was admiring she did. Not want them due to no space . I have grown to love them and so happy I got them even though they were not my style then

One thing I think is overlooked, is paintings as an investment and a collection. There’s too much China on so many walls. Ugh
