@@kamachuno When I started playing I kept double tapping the stick to dash thinking it was the only way. My face when I learned you could macro dash was flabbergasted.
It's a lot easier to play SF, GGS etc at the same time because of the much smaller move-lists and amount of characters. Whereas people who play Tekken usually don't jump between games that much because the move-lists are so big and the matchup knowledge needs to be so fresh all the time.
dude... You open Tekken movelists and see 1/115 and shit yourself, then you start looking through the commands and more than half of it is 1,2 1,2,1 1,3,1 1,4,2 You ever notice how little unique moves are practically used per character outside of very specific (not normal) people whipping out the most random move you've never seen before for the sake of cheese
people who play tekken tend to not move around too much because tekken is fundamentally a little alien (like how you're stand blocking most of the time instead of hard crouching) (or the part where you have to move your character left and right to Dodge)
Me playing multiple fighting games like is sf 6 i have 10 character in platinum and my main is diamond, gg strive the highest floor i reach is floor 8 cause im learning every character, granblue fantasy versus rising my 5 character is on S rank , and db fighterz my rank is android im just a casual player other fg i play like kof xv,darkstalker, tekken 8 etc im playing them casually and mostly ofline especially fg that have low player count but my 3 fg is sf6,gg strive and gbfvr mostly i can play all pf this games because of mucsle memories
Why would someone do that. You gotta try some marvel, VS is good too great character designs. I wish Capcom would do something more with those series. soulcaliber is unsupported also although the movement is great. Skullgirls is a sick game, it's got a super unique combo system. BlazBlue and Doa aren't really for me but they both have some really interesting elements. Guilty Gear is an all time classic airdasher really fun if you like aggressive gameplay. If you're a little on the slower side street fighter and Tekken are pretty popular. The drive system extremely nuanced and leads to a lot of decision making. Tekken's depth comes more from the characters rather than the system. Of course You can't talk about Tekken without bringing up the OG, virtua fighter. Honestly it's a pretty cool genre once you learn a couple it's pretty easy to pick up so don't be discouraged.
coming from a tekken fighter and a guility gear fighter gal 😭 guilty gear is essentially more easier than street fighter imo i wish i learned guility gear before tekken cause it gives you a foundation on how fighting games are
@@bassbusterx No, a lot transfers from 2D to 3D. But it's more of the advanced principles that transfer over, like frame advantage mixups and mindgames, neutral, whiff punishing.
Lily, I believe in your Guilty Gear journey
Even she cant press dash button 😂😂😂 .

The secret is to be equally bad at all of them
You remember how to be bad and it carries over to the next game
