Glorious, you ratted that guy at 8:23, and you see how effective it is to not move when approached by someone. It is called stealth and is a viable strategy. So "rats" are just people who do not have 10k hours and meta gear to run around and W everywhere; they resort to stealthy gameplay. Anyone who is unable to fathom that there are different playstyles is a moron! Someone likes night raids and stealth, someone likes small maps and faster-paced gameplay, someone likes sniping, someone CQB and indoors fighting, someone just wants to do their quest; if everyone played the same, it would be boring AF to play the game. Not everyone can buy a $5k PC and spend 5k hours on a game grinding to get that meta gear and "W" key every time, and even if they could, not everyone likes that way of playing a tactical realistic shooter. Tarkov is not trying to be another "PUBG" or some other low-stakes game; it is trying to be realistic, thus inevitably inviting so-called "rats" into the game. People who whine about "rats" are usually just bad at the game (not clearing corners, not being careful, sprinting everywhere, making too much noise, not repositioning after a firefight...; not paying attention to their surroundings in general) or are playing the wrong kind of game. EDIT: In conclusion, if you hate "rats" or any other legit strategy, you are either: 1. Really bad at the game OR 2. This game is not for you; it is too hard for you to be patient or smart about your gameplay. Go play arena or other games with less realism.
@@4ktre398 I know your attention span is that of a todler, it is nothing to brag about. It is not an argument either. There is a "in conclusion" at the end. If you have an argument, present it, otherwise shut up and cry about it.
Hard to call that ratting when literally less than 60 seconds before that guy pulled up he was shooting scavs and making noise. Guy pulling up should have heard that and knew someone was inside. Way different than sitting in a spot forever and waiting.
@@1LuckySavage He was ratting the guy, he was not moving. It is simple as that. Not moving from one spot the whole raid is something else, but still a viable strategy.
Woods is full of rats too. Just people crouching around holding an area till someone moves within there vision.
