    Did you need to update trans tuning with the new torque converter? Who did the trans tuning?

    How did you like it? Looking at this exact convertor for my 6.2 truck as well with a GPI SS1 cam most likely.

      I would have preferred going bigger like a 3200 because 2600-2800 feels close to stock but then again I daily it so it’s not bad

    Y'all made sure to put the spacers on the torque converter bolts?

    • @chevyrider9027
      @chevyrider9027 3 года назад

      It isn't necessary all the time, it wasn't on my 14 Camaro, I put a 5000 triple disk circle d in and it fit like a glove no spacers were needed.

      What if your just replacing with a gm remanufactured one do you still need spacers or no

    • @juniorjr9011
      @juniorjr9011 Год назад +1

      @@NORCALPYRO_ no you don’t it’s only for aftermarket ones

    • @juniorjr9011
      @juniorjr9011 Год назад +1

      @@chevyrider9027 they all fit like gloves the spacers are just to keep factory spacing we’re talking hundredths of an inch

    • @JRazo2499
      @JRazo2499  4 года назад +2

      I regret getting this one. If I was to change it, I would go with a 3200.

      @miguel Garcia if you daily it get one between 3200/3600 if you used it more for racing get a 3800 or 4000. also depending on you’re cam. I had a cam 5.3 lvl4 with a 4K yank stall and it pull hard
