For the "pizza", put a plate upside down into the skillet and flip the skillet over. Then transfer the "pizza" back into the skillet. Works for quesadillas, too. 😁

Però la "pizza" era la cosa meno disgustosa del video 😂. Se la fai con una piadina, ci può anche stare, come ultima risorsa.
Gli spaghetti con l'uvetta...quelli no è tutto il resto uguale.
che poi la piadina si può fare senza capovolgere il tutto, basta mettere direttamente tutti gli ingredienti sopra la piadina e il calore li cuoce lo stesso. Ma forse il senso di quella ricetta era proprio incasinarsi la vita😂 mentre gli spaghetti sono stati un colpo al cuore, a un certo punto non riuscivo più a guardare e ho skippato, come si può mancare di rispetto alla pasta in quel modo?

I think dried blueberries and raisins taste pretty similar anyway, most dried fruits taste kinda similar imo so it probably wasn’t too different from the original

here is a hack for the oil. If you want to know when its hot enoug you just need to put the tip of a chop stick in to the oil and when it bubbles you know its hot enough and when its not bubbling your oil isn't hot enough. I have used this trick for ever and it works so well.
Sour cream is literally already soured, aka "expired" or "spoiled", though of course it's a controlled spoiling. If it's sealed and refrigerated it can last MONTHS beyond the expiration date. I've used some that was 6 months past but had been sealed and refrigerated the whole time and it was fine. Even if it's unsealed, as long as there's not visible mold it's nearly always ok, if it separates or gets way thick just stir it up.
Facts! 👆🏻 just avoid putting contaminated spoons etc. in there so the mold don’t get good conditions for growth (even though you refrigerate and everything)
I thank you for this comment. It was only today that I looked at my sealed sour cream in my refrigerator with the use by date of 10 April 22 on it and I thought dismally I don’t think I’ll be using it within that time. Now I’m definitely keeping it a bit longer 😍🙏

It's proven Americans set the expiration dates way earlier than the food actually expires
Most of them are listed for a date that's weeks before actual expiration
Probably want you to throw it out and buy more tbh, everything is about the $$ here
There are SELL BY DATES & EXPIRATION DATES BUT it ALWAYS depends on the country you're in. In US we HAVE to keep eggs in refrigerator & in UK they can't, canned food can last FOREVER BUT ACID FOODS can eat through can & you have to beware of botulism. So unless like me you have IBS everyone else said it better but check the #'s on the container & look it up 🤷🏼♀️‼️

It does seems to make sense flavor-wise, because there's other flavors to compliment. The recipe in the video is basically spaghetti, raisins, Cheeto dust and all the regret one could ever brew in one's heart.

The 5 minute pizza actually works if you're not doing it in a pan but in the oven. I tried this many times with different toppings. Tortilla, tomato paste or sauce, salami or just fresh tomatoes and then cheese on top. 5-10 minutes in the oven and done! You should really try this again 😊
It should also work in the pan, just flip the pan and not the pizza :)

If it's too hard you can always lay a plate on top, flip it with a plate and then slide it back in to roast the Tortilla should be fine!

the trick to flipping the "pizza tortilla" is to put a plate over the pan, flip over the pan upside down so the tortilla is now on the plate, then slide it off the plate back into the pan so it's the correct way up.

To flip anything in a pan, I recommend you to use a plate. You put the plate on top of the pan , flip both of them so the food is now on the plate. Then you slide the food from the plate to the pan, so the other side can cook well. This is the trick every spanish grandma uses to make spanish omelette. I hope you can use it in future recipies
