It's much kinder on your joints as the game is slower and less explosive. I've had no major injuries and have been playing for about 15 years now. I used to get an injury a season playing squash. And at my age and ability, squash rallies only last about 5 shots because I'm old and slow but playing with a racketball means much longer rallies, longer games and more calories burnt
Great match. This is Racketball at its best.
Omg it is so weird to see Nick Matthew playing racquet ball!
Brutal
What kind of ball is this?... also racquetball?
This is a Squash57 ball. It has the same diameter as an American Racquetball ball but is less bouncy.
Attritional stuff, someone had to win.
Why play this over squash? I dont get it? I guess you dont have to run as much?
