You wrote the gear ratios backwards it’s input rotations to output rotations 3:1 not 1:3 Also, nice engine sounds like a mix of an ATV and quiet dirt-bike.

That vac shoudve took 7 days.
when i made my vaccum engine it didnt have any thing happen and it ran full throttle (no throttle was attached)
