This TV show was an absolute favorite of mine when I was a kid. I always wanted to see new episodes of this show when I was little. As for the exo-skin suit, I wanted to see the next episode. It was one of my favorite episodes of the series.
Mr. Mezmer was attacked by The Exo-Skin, then possessed him, and then the next later, He appear to be normal and unharmed. What the hell just happens? What's happens to the Exo-Skin? Did Mr. Mezmer just managed to separated The Exo-Suit off him? Is this the end of Raggedy Android? or Isn't it? Maybe The Exo-Suit was possessed Mr. Mezmer this whole time. Mr. Mezmer was attacked by The Exo-Skin, then possessed him, and then the next later, He is okay, or is he? The Exo-Skin really was possessed Mr. Mezmer then takes the normal form of it's host to makes sure He was living with the normal people. And It has some big plan for Jenny.
I’m sure there could be a way to squeeze in a moral alongside the hostage plot if they really wanted to. But in order to keep it in the theme of the other two episodes to finish the trilogy it should be tied to themes of identity as well. Like maybe the moral could be you shouldn’t sacrifice a part of what made you special in order to please people and real friends will protect all aspects of your identity if they truly understand you. For example after brad gets kidnapped Jenny tries to rescue him on her own but the exoskin is able to put Jenny on the ropes into a lose-lose scenario where she either loses her autonomy or brad and is forced to surrender her freedom to rescue him. So the exoskin temporally wins and runs wild but all of Jenny’s other Allies and friends come to the rescue to work as a team and do the anime thing where the voice’s of encouragement help get her free from control and beat the skin for good.
I didn’t know that the raggedy android episode existed because I watched that show on a licensed TV channel until I knew the existence from a review that I watched back in 2021
Someone made a fan-interpretation of Jenny’s human form, retaining the design attributes of her robot form, which, honestly, I like better than the design they went with.
The Return of Raggedy Android is my favorite episode in the whole series. I would love to see a third part. I can imagine those ideas: -Jenny saves the Mezmers from the exo-skin who tries to control him, and eventually he is grateful and finally accepts the teenage robot as she is. -Vexus possesses the exo-skin so she can use it to control Jenny. -The exo-skin could even become a recurring villain in the show.
Also fun fact:Gray Delisle also voiced Kitty from TUFF puppy (aka my first channel cartoon i normally watched cartoons on dvd when i was 4) And Daphne from some Scooby doo series.

i think that the third raggedy android episode could have been a good place to use melody. the exoskin kidnaps brad and threatens jenny, and then when she's about to surrender melody comes in and defeats it to save brad.
I don't think Mrs. Wakeman ever said the exoskin was incomplete before Jenny went to the fair; she just said it was "a prototype." And making Jenny look like a teenage girl? She WAS a teenage girl; the only difference is that she was also a robot. Although it's never explicitly stated that Jenny's acceptance by the townspeople in "Raggedy Android" paved the way for her to go to school and spend more time out in public, I find yours to be an interesting theory. Was her ability to save the people at the fair what really made her mother relent and allow her to do more things a "normal" teenager would? Rob Renzetti has said that he wanted to do longer story arcs but that the pressure from Nick made it prohibitive to do so. Perhaps this was the kind of longer arc that he wanted to do. And speaking of longer story arcs, I'm glad they scrapped the third Raggedy Android/exoskin episode. I know Rob is a huge horror fan, but such a dark episode easily could've turned some fans against the show. The second exoskin episode and the Christmas special were both dark enough (and I would dare say the latter is darker than the former), so having another episode might have been too much for more than a few. Of course, Rob and the rest of the crew were forced to pull the plug primarily because the proposed storyline for the third exoskin episode was deemed too scary for a "kids' show." As much as I despise the stigma that animation is "for kids," I actually think it worked to the show's benefit in this case.
I thought that if something was a prototype, it was considered an unfinished version of a final product, but that's obviously not the case! You may be right about Raggedy 3. If it didn't enrage fans, it would have definitely enraged parents!

I was a weird kid. This was one of my favorite episodes. I also watched Robot Chicken, Assy McGee, and I laughed at Mr. Meaty. Yet, I was creeped out by Invader Zim.
I feel like the exoskin should have found that Melody character with the weird farmer looking mad scientist Dad. I mean why did be make her look human anyways? I just feel like that would have made more sense.
In This Episode "Raggedy Android" It Appears a Stimpy (From Ren and Stimpy) Cameo as a Plushie Which Makes Me Much Very Sus, Because MLAATR & R&S APC (The Adult Version of Ren and Stimpy) Came out in Same Year.
I think it would have been cool to see the XO suits return one final time and then Jenny would destroy it once and for all maybe you can tell the guys at my life has a teenage robot rebooted maybe they could try to make an episode where the Android suit does return and Jenny destroys it once and for all.
honestly I wouldn't have minded an episode where they go all out with it being as terrifying as Nickelodeon will allow (think dark harvest from invader zim) the exo-skin is back and had to leave the racist guy it took over at the end of its last appearance, it's going to try and go back to Jenny but she's in school. We see the skin demonstrate many new bizarre abilities, as it can shapeshift into people and also use deadly force with its tendrils. It crawls through the vents and airducts of the school pulling in its victims to fuel its hunger for power, and we have ourselves a game of among us turned up to 100. The exo-skin appears as Brad to try and pull a fast one on Jenny, but the real Brad appears, and she has to shoot the right one.

This was one of my favorite episodes. I also watched Robot Chicken, Assy McGee, and I laughed at Mr. Meaty.
Yet, I was creeped out by Invader Zim.
Jenny and the skin suit are technically siblings.
AHA I FOUND A LYRIC THAT'LL FIT WITH THE NEW ALBUM "the monster in the night"
7:34
Ren: "You idiot!"
Note: Pronounced as EEDIOT.
I was singing the mega man 3 snake
mans stage that you put in the background
That second damn episode. There was something about the episode I saw as a kid that I don't even know what, creeped me out, intrigued me? I think it awoken something in me years later. Thanks, I hate it.
Hellraiser and IT was my fears as a child.
Can you imagine if papa meat made a animation based off this
6:25 a Italiana Jones reference
Venom feels honestly and that foreshadowing
There was no part 3??? I remember i saw a part 3 with the old man possesed, maybebit was just a dream/nightmare after watching the episode...
4:45 in my opinion they took the venom scene from Spiderman 3
Jenny's design is very cool.
Never saw 5his, but the nightmare fuel that stuck in my head were the little hell spawn Jenny dolls about to beat a pinata stuffed with kids over a juiced birthday cake inferno. That was serious WTF material.
