First strike is kinda bad on most champs Tobi plays, aside from maybe Graves and Pyke, it really favors and benefits champs that have a lot of up-front damage, especially aoe champ damage. GP can use it, but it really only benefits him a lot in skirmishes or teamfights, and his lane phase is just as bad as ever without Grasp.
I love the fact that karthus can be one of the most skills-required champ, but also a Tobias fate-required missing every q and killing all by Cumming on them with e and liandry
