- Juggernaut is a lvl 100 Operative, Has a max of 3 player using It. you do max dmg if your bar is full, stand still make your bar fill up and moving will reset it to 0%. Juggernaut also have alot ammo for your Guns, and you carry a ammo box around with you at all time.

It Mean the max of player using the Operative, If It 3/3 no one Can use the Operative unless one of the 3 juggernaut leave the game
