They are football fans. Taylor's fans are not football fans and so they don't know except when Taylor went to so many of Travis football games. Scott Swift who is a huge football fan and played football in his college but couldn't make the NFL is thrilled Taylor is seeing Travis. Scott Swift who was a diehard Eagles fan became a diehard Chiefs fan wearing head to toe Chiefs gear at the SB showing off even his sneakers had 87 on them which are Travis jersey number. Taylor knows Travis is a superstar in his own right and yet Travis is so down to earth and humble.

As a Travis fan in Kansas City I'm glad I didnt turn this off in the 1st ten minutes because it started off pretty rough. I'm also a Taylor fan, And believe she could fly in here and have a night out very few would know about. If she wasn't at the game, no one would even know to look for her. For the most part we let our local and national celebrities alone. I damn near started being the "typical NFL Fan" but wanted to hear ya out fully. which I'd never did if it was a text thread or short video I have to click thru multiple videos to hear you out. This is why Podcasts are THE BEST form.
I don't understand why it's assumed that Taylor doesn't understand the basic of football when she mentioned before in her Philadelphia Era's tour (if I'm not mistaken) that she grew up watching her father's football team (Eagles).
Taylor said herself after going to Travis football games that she didn't know how exciting football is and loves it watching it now. Taylor has been to at least 13 of Travis football games even though she has her tour. Many women love football. These two don't. And Taylor's female fans are into whatever Taylor is into.
It's fun to look back at this 7 months later. We all made some interesting assumptions. Knowing now that it wasn't her 1st game blows my mind! If she is able to maneuver through the world unnoticed when she really wants to...what the hell else has she gotten up to? As a 35+ year KC fan and a Swiftie I couldn't be more thrilled about how this relationship is playing out. I definitely didn't have it on my BINGO card but I feel like I'm winning either way. ❤
As an nfl fan if you focus on the loud twitter complainers every fanbase is the worse of every field. There's plenty in the nfl having fun with it, even joining reddit livethreads and helping out swifties
