Thank you, for this video and your work,
how can I use a OR find a planner? I have a plan....
My provider, has a Health Education - Registered Dietitian. I plan to show her my notes and your studies. We met once but I couldn't find a diet lifestyle to commit to, so many conflicting teachers. TED Talks etc.
Your research, what I do understand I like.
    Just a funny old reference,
(Gary Null's WYNC radio program in the 90s, had some radical stuff, but also good advise and guest)
I want to follow a better life long healthy diet, and life style. I am already on track with much of what you describe. I learned news ideas too,
i.e., per-formed opinion. When planning - who plans on rejecting their bias?
So thank you, for that alone.

I would not consider Gary Null a particularly trustworthy source of information. Losing weight caused by excessive body fat is actually very simple, albeit not easy. No matter what anyone tells you: if you are gaining weight, you are overeating. If you are losing weight, you are undereating. If weight loss is your goal, undereating is what you have to do. Any other information may make seems more complicated or make them harder, but all of it is subject to these two simple facts.

Using the body weight calculator it says that I can eat 2100 calories in order to lose 15 pounds in six months. How? I'm eating 1600 calories and not losing weight at all.

The Body Weight Planner allows users to make personalized calorie and physical activity plans to reach a goal weight within a specific time period and to maintain it afterwards. The Body Weight Planner uses a wide window of estimation to determine the specific values provided in the calculator view. If you enter your information and switch to "expert mode,” you will see a graph with blue shading, which illustrates the uncertainty of the calculations for an individual. If an individual's metabolism is abnormally low or has a sedentary lifestyle, then the Body Weight Planner values will be too high.
