You can always mic up a standard acoustic guitar but a semi-acoustic guitar like this just makes it easier to manage your own effects and other stuff. I really like to play these guitars and be able to put on some delay or reverb for certain parts with my foot on a multi-effect pedal.
Even some light chorus effects can be cool to get a wider more spacey stereo kind of sound, almost like two guitars playing at the same time, really nice.

My gigging acoustic got damaged when my basement flooded last week. Saw this demo and picked up on Reverb. Super excited :-)

Yeah Fender have a hard time releasing something bad, almost everything they touch turns to gold. For me they are easily above Gibson that is for sure. For me it is Fender, then PRS and then Ibanez. Those are my main "go to" brands , never disappoints.
Even Squier nowadays are gold for the money =)

Yo insta sub, Been scoping out Fender Electric Acoustics for weeks. I finally came across this one though Fender FA-135CE Limited-Edition V2 Concert Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar Surf Green and It's Spruce versus the mahogany. What is the sound difference going to be in getting the spruce version? Thanks for having this video up. Hope to hear back from ya. @PMTVUK

This guitar used to be very good for the price but price of the fa series has gone up at the guitar center where I’m at prices went way up but there is better choices for the price
if price hasn’t gone up yes but I’d say no for the price because there’s better choices

Seems great, but I have an aversion to black acoustics guitars. Don't mind electric guitars in black, but acoustics just don't look right. imho.
They do a natura and a Sunburst as well I've just ordered one, but from Andertons with a Beiringher amp for £70!
That's the same guitar i have but mine has a natural finish it's the best $215.98 I've ever spent

I bought Fender FA-125 almost 3 years ago. It's made poorly. Sharp frets, buzzing on fret 13 and further (i already payed more for set up than this guitar), pins falling off from bridge (holes are too big). I'll never buy another Fender. Right now I'm saving money for first electric guitar (Ibanez GRGR 131ex or GRX70QA) and only then i will learn playing. Fender can collect dust in the corner.

@@Ouzo66 i have an Ibanez and it‘s actually pretty decent for it‘s 600€. I don‘t have any issues with it. Though my first guitar was a no name 100€ guitar so I don‘t have any high quality to compare it to
