I think this form is representing the alpha(X), the beta(mother elf), & Omega(Zero) of Reploid kind. Of course the Mother elf & Zero makes sense, since Omega is created from Zero's original body to control the Mother Elf(later called the Dark Elf) to control all of Repliod kind. X is a bit tricky to figure out. Since he has next to nothing to do with Omega, though since his body was used to seal the Dark Elf, it was possible that she absorbe some of his power while being captive.
