I love how absolutely energized Zac is recollecting this, I know this trip was really life changing and invigorating for all of you. So glad you're still able to share it like this, even after you're back home.
I live in SOUTH Carolina so you can keep the honey BUT one Bee/Honey fact I know is that if you have allergies you can lessen them by eating a daily dose of locally sourced honey this is because it allows your body to become acclimatised to local pollen
I'm so glad you visited one of my favorite cities in the United States. Atlanta's full of great people, bookstores and parks, and I only have fantastic coffee on my trips there. Great place. I like seeing bees with full loads of pollen. Watching them pack the pollen baskets on their legs on a spring or summer day is a great use of time.
I once had some honey bees make a hive inside the foundation of my house. We had a local bee keeper come and relocate them. He was among them without any protection. Within the seven days they had created a hive the size of a 10 Gallon bucket. I would try my hand at bee keeping but my sister is highly allergic. Bees are awesome and not at all aggressive, unless provoked.
Wait how did I miss Zac almost getting arrested, I can hardly bee-lieve it!!

I love how bees are such an important part of our ecosystem and love how people are working so hard to protect them.
That coffee shop, what a gorgeous location and perfect day. Thanks for sharing these travels with us folks stuck inside. It brightened my day!!
I had to miss this particular excursion, so i'm glad to get a taste of it now--even more so since my stepmother keeps bees.

I love when bees do their amazing little bug wiggle dance to communicate. bee bums are adorable.
without bees humans would still be hunter-gatherers without agriculture...
Loving these, can’t wait for the next one!
I loved the bees can use honey for honey and toast looked like so much fun with downtown bees
