We just ordered this but the “arm” that moves back-and-forth is stuck in the forward position so it doesn’t work at all and we can’t move that arm backwards to load the tape.
Wish the manufacturing warehouses had this for their employees instead of struggling with the desktop tape dispenser with a very dull blade (Expect staffing to work faster)Damn blade so dull two hands are needed to cut a piece of tape like the video
