I blame this on the boat owner / captain. First, he shouldn't let the guy walk on the gunnel like that, even if that means look like party pooper. Second, none a single floating device in sight. Throwable floaties should be mandatory in all states. It is not only about this boat and the guy in the water, but this kind of traffic disruptions can also cause accidents involving other boats.
I thought throwable device was law everywhere. In our state they now require it to have a rope attached.

I can see not wanting to let your cell phone go (out of your hand) if you fall overboard. This guy didn’t seem to be panicked or struggling too hard. So props to him for not letting his bottled drink go. One less piece of litter in the ocean. 👍✨

Anyone savin a beer like that is worthy of a win, the Police probably saw that and decided he passed the road sobrity test, the sea pro was a total win, I remember my friend driving 2 hours with me to a ski hill, we slept in the truck, when we drove back( edit: the next day after about 2 hours of skiing, really rough conditions )i fell asleep hmhm and woke up in my drive way 2 hours a later, really fast trip, I bet that girl wakes up lovin it. Total win for the boats. The last guy should have rinsed that can.

If that guy that fell in was drunk the dunk in the water sobered him up. Why didn't anyone toss him a life ring/cushion to float on? Maybe the guy didn't need it but it could also serve as something that will be easy for other boaters to spot as they come along in the busy canal. A bright blue or red cushion would be easier to spot than a bobbing head in the water. My boat is only 20' but I have 2 red cushions to sit on and toss if needed. In fact it is a law in my state.

Well, you have to admit the flag tips you off concerning the mentality of the captain and passengers.
Sounds like someone has problems with people expressing FREE speech. It is free speech he is allowed to display that flag if that is what he feels. Just because you have a problem with it doesn’t mean it should not be on this channel. Pull the boot straps up and move on. People need to learn not to worry about little things.
