Without trying to solve the root abuse some Courts show vindictive attitude towards husband compelling husband to pay huge money for maintenance and permanent alimony despite the fact that the wife also failed to perform her duty towards husband and leading a luxurious life. So matrimonial law needs drastic change. and proper training is required for Judges. Now we have seen Family Court is a business place for some advocates and Court officers.
