Your explanation at 6:25 i believe is incorrect. I think they are protecting against no Brainer bets to satisfy requirement. -400 would pay less than -250. And they don't want people to be able to meet the betting requirements with bets that very likely.

Can you bet your initial deposit at the same time you bet the matching money? Say you can-you sign up put in 3000 get 3000 you have your friend do the same. You have an agreement with a friend to share winnings. Then you both bet the same game for different teams. Someone wins 6000 and the both of your are only out the 3000. You need to wager in total the amount of money that you deposited on sign up. Then withdraw that amount and once your cash balance is 0 you can now wager your bonus balance

From my understanding you have to wager your entire cash balance before you can withdraw any. So if you had $300 but won some bets and went up to $500. I think you’d need to wager $300 worth of bets before you can withdraw your cash balance (I’m assuming you could take out all $500). Then when you have a $0 cash balance you can spend the bonus balance. But time will tell I’ve only had my account for a couple days.

Put 3k didn't see the bonus, just the 300,emailed,.no response, couldn't get in touch with anyone in live chat. the phone # didn't work. So I canceled bonus and took my 3k back(4 days waiting so far on with drawal). Did you withdraw after making the bet worth your original deposit. According to the video you have to first get your cash to 0 by withdrawing after wagering the total of your original deposit.

Your Money balance has to be $0 when you use the bonus cash. Way around it is by using the money balance on a game in let's say a week. Bet all the bonus money on games that end before the game a week from now. At that point everything will turn too cash.

My understanding is the bonus money dissapears after 30 days and it can only be used when your cash balance is zero. On top of that you can’t withdraw your cash balance until you’ve wager your original deposit amount. So if you deposited $400 you’d need to place $400 worth of wagers and then withdraw the remaining funds left over. Then you can bet your bonus balance.

On account you can find how much more bonus money you have to play before being able to withdraw. Make sure to check that.

Great vid, didn't understand these fine prints from their promo. So if I deposit $1000, I'll have $1300 in bonus balance. In order for that bonus balance to be used my cash balance has to be zero, correct? So would I be able to place a $1000 in future bets (lets say MLB world series winner) so my cash balance would be $0, and then I can use my bonus balance for up to 30 days? So the cash balance just has to be fully wagered in order for the bonus balance to be used? Thanks in advance
I’m not 100% sure. But that’s my guess what I’d do is place a $5 future bet and see if it lowers your cash balance. Let me know what you find out.
Put 3k didn't see the bonus, just the 300,emailed,.no response, couldn't get in touch with anyone in live chat. the phone # didn't work. So I canceled bonus and took my 3k back(4 days waiting so far on with drawal). I knew I had to deposit with in 3 days of registration but didn't get verified for about 2-3 says so I wasn't sure I was still getting the match since I didn't see it. I don't feel like I'm asking alot to be able to talk to someone when I have a question about 3k I just sent.

Did you withdraw after making the bet worth your original deposit. According to the video you have to first get your cash to 0 by withdrawing after wagering the total of your original deposit.
@@Dephino7 I did atleast. I deposited $20, so bonus money came out to another $320. I bet $340 (all my cash and bonus money, so ran it down to 0/0) Those bets won me $800. $800 is sitting in bonus balance.

@@ProBuyersGuides thank you. So I figured it out for myself. I deposited 20 bucks yesterday. Bet the 20 for last night's game. It used that 20 in my bonus money and when I woke up this morning there was nothing in my bonus money. I was able to request the withdrawal!

Your Money balance has to be $0 when you use the bonus cash. Way around it is by using the money balance on a game in let's say a week. Bet all the bonus money on games that end before the game a week from now.
At that point everything will turn too cash.

My understanding is the bonus money dissapears after 30 days and it can only be used when your cash balance is zero. On top of that you can’t withdraw your cash balance until you’ve wager your original deposit amount.
So if you deposited $400 you’d need to place $400 worth of wagers and then withdraw the remaining funds left over. Then you can bet your bonus balance.
