1960's 8mm Cine Film: Ramsey Harbour, Promenade Isle of Man, possibly Radio Caroline

I've digitised some previously un-seen footage from my Uncle Bill Brown's 8mm cine films which he kindly left me.
This video features scenes from Ramsey on the Isle of Man. It show's some scenes around the harbour including the 'Essex Girl' which I believe was a tender ship for Radio Caroline and a small tour boat that apparently used to run sight seeing trip. The 'Talk of the town' can also be seen.
The promenade scenes include 'Pastimes' arcade and possibly the Radio Caroline ship on hte horizon.
