Hey Casper sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. When my ex- wife stopped vaping she experienced coughs and chest infections as her lungs were healing. In the end she ended up with better lung function and saved herself from copd. It was a rough go of it at first but well worth your while to quit vaping. It's the same with quitting ciggs... coughing up the nasty that's on the lungs... I prefer cigs over vaping anyway.... I rather have cancer then mold on the lung...

I have copd and I was ok, occasionally getting breathless,still smoked, but then got Covid last February, my copd is now on another level, started vaping after spending 10 days in hospital,5 days intensive care,with complications from copd. I haven’t smoked or vaped since 15th November, vaping was making me breathless. I’m now convinced I’m dying, constantly got infections, on steroids then antibiotics. I’m terrified.I’m 60 in August,missed my grandsons wedding, not seen my great granddaughters since October, I’m so scared for anyone to visit,my daughter has just tested positive with no symptoms. Keep it up Ben,it’s worth it. Anyone who smokes please stop xx

If you’re ever in the Western North Carolina region (Asheville or Sylva) I know of some straight up creepy and haunted places that would make for amazing content. And it’s not just 1 or 2 places, where I live (Murphy) there are more haunted places than I’d like to admit, from houses to old buildings to historic camp grounds, even parts of the trail of tears.

Hi, Ben, I'm a long time viewer but a first-time committer, I’d just like to thank you for always putting a smile on my face especially having gone through 3 & a half months of hospitalisation where my body's organs were starting to shut down due to some mad infection my lungs had half an inch of healthy tissue left then liver and kidneys breaking down which put so much fluid on my body the only things I could use was my arms and head, I had to spend 3-4 weeks in the intensive care unit where I was told I had 24 hours to live if this experimental medication didn't work obviously it did along with 22 litres of fluid that were in my body, the last 2 years have been hell being ill is sometimes easier than the recovery and you been have helped me so much through this dark period of my life, thank you, Ben and I mean that from the bottom of my heart you're a good man also say hi to mace cuz he's a top bloke, hope you get to read this because you have a positive impact on people's lives so from now on I'm just going to RAMBO IT, love bro Mark from Birmingham U.K

Hi, Ben, I'm a long time viewer but a first-time committer, I’d just like to thank you for always putting a smile on my face especially having gone through 3 & a half months of hospitalisation where my body's organs were starting to shut down due to some mad infection my lungs had half an inch of healthy tissue left then liver and kidneys breaking down which put so much fluid on my body the only things I could use was my arms and head, I had to spend 3-4 weeks in the intensive care unit where I was told I had 24 hours to live if this experimental medication didn't work obviously it did along with 22 litres of fluid that were in my body, the last 2 years have been hell being ill is sometimes easier than the recovery and you been have helped me so much through this dark period of my life, thank you, Ben and I mean that from the bottom of my heart you're a good man also say hi to mace cuz he's a top bloke, hope you get to read this because you have a positive impact on people's lives so from now on I'm just going to RAMBO IT, love bro Mark from Birmingham U.K
