Quin Abbey is located in Quin in County Clare in Ireland. Quin Abbey was built around 1402 and 1432 by the Mac Namara family and the friars of the Franciscan order. The abbey is still in good shape for such an old building. The building is FREE to visit and its a cool piece of Irish history, it is located around 15 minutes from Shannon airport and around 30 minutes from Limerick.
