Iv visited London in Dec 2014 & Nov 2016 but not had a chance to. My visit in Dec 2014 was with Hugh Baird college but it was only for a day and I had no time to as a result. Although I was in London for a few days in Nov 2016 (2nd-4th), this second visit being with Southport college. Owing to the packed programme we had I had no chance to get a ride at all.

I visited London 2014. Sitting in London eye was a great,wonderful ,amazing experience for me.When the cube reaches to the highest point OMG! Its thrilling,wonderful .Down the huge Thems river is flowing,the whole Londo n city view we can see.
Everyone s dying to come London from abroad but I used to live a stones throw away infront of my doorstep for 35 years or more but never travelled around or seen much places with spouse he went Trafalgar Square with my cousins but never with me and my kids, I’m still upset about that that he dint fulfill my wishes even walk around south bank or riverside of London eye park
As the wheel very slowly revolves the floor in each pod remains horizontal by some very clever mechanism. When The London Eye was first built it was tested extensively before it opened to the public. There was a problem that the floor in each pod gradually tipped more and more until it got vertical and then revolved completely. I think it would have been far more fun to have left it like that instead of fixing it.

London seems impressive only for those who have not seen anything else in life. Go to Rome and then you will see that London is nothing more than just a city. London needed 1000 years to get as far as Rome, and still does not compare with Rome a many centuries later.Not to mention that it was Romans who started London, and they called it Londinium, you did not know that either, did you ?.

On the other hand Rome is one big open air museum with history EVERYWHERE (and pizza's and gelato of course). You're comparing apples to oranges, it's all just a matter of taste

Hoping to have a ride on the London Eye one day when I re-visit the city, iv been there twice but never rode on the London Eye. First time it was just a dayout with college and the second one although I was there for a few days it was also a college trip away so didnt have a chance.
Last month I visited to london.Lovely place.chillness. cleaned area. But I cant tollerate the chillness. Most of the Indain middle ages people cant tolerate the modifying whether and chillness. Costly living things. I cant tolerate and return India within month. But this journey is enjoyable one.

I have been to London two times and wanted to see the view from above. As there is no mountains in London, it is a ideal place the eye of London to see the all round so well. Nice place and good job.

The Dec 2014 visit I did was only a day visit with Hugh Baird college so I had absolutely no chance at all, with my visit in Nov 2016 though this was again with college but with Southport college and it was for a few days from the 2nd to 4th of the month. Unfortunately owing to the packed plans we had that day I had no chance to have a ride on the London Eye. When I can next plan a visit to London im gonna without a doubt grab a ride.

In 2008 it was the British Airways London Eye. We booked tickets for the following day's sunset trip - a wonderful sight - and so avoided queueing up.

Just came back today. London eye was underwhelming and overpriced. So much more you could do around london for less.
