Good question. Have you tried dating more masculine guys and what have the results been? You can be in control of your mental state, your self, but you can't control the other person. You can just support them and by that I mean love them unconditionally. Know what you want but let the guy feel like he's in charge. It's an old school concept that is actually pretty effective. Knowing what you want is essential and in reality most women do call the shots in relationships, regardless of how it appears from the outside. You can secretly be the boss, without telling everyone that you're the boss. A badass man wants a badass woman, so there are definitely men strong enough for you. In fact a lot of strong men are looking for a strong woman that knows what she wants. Also, don't be afraid to show your vulnerable side. You don't have to know everything or be right all the time. Letting your guard down and having the other person really accept for who you are, not what others think or not what your insecurities think, is the reward. It's worth it and it's worth crappy or unsatisfying relationships because they teach you what you really do want and how to do better and how to give more in a relationship. It's about giving as much as it is about getting.

He is the i suffocate the other person in the relationship and showcasing that whatever he has to say has more value in importance then her.
