My sister is going to sell the house here in Mexico when my mom pases away. But in the law here in Mexico is that in order to own any property in Mexico they need to live six months out of the year in Mexico. And they nevered cared about this house. I been living here for 14 years now. And by law here the house is mine cause the government care about the utilities being paid for the house and taxes.
I told this to my sister about this and said I didn't want this to happen with family but she said that she doesn't have the papers for the house when I know that she has the power of attorney. I told her this cause I told her that being happening to me and my life was in dancer. They thought I was crazy. when I just told her just to help put up a small business and away from Jalisco, Guadalajara and away from this family.
