High GPAs are important but ACT scores matter hugely. USAFA mainly looks at your Math and English so make sure you're good on those. Try to get at least 34 on both. Honestly, it's not that hard if you put the effort in. And it's good that you've made a weight training club, but make sure you're actively engaging with the members as a leader.
